Who Is the Embodied Witch?

Welcome to the very first episode of The Embodied Witch.

Just hours before sitting down to record this episode, part of me wanted to stay exactly where I was—curled up on the couch, watching Netflix, playing it safe. Instead, I chose to hit record. Because this podcast isn't just about healing or spirituality; it's about having the courage to stop hiding and fully step into who we are.

In this episode, I share my own journey from studying psychology to discovering energy healing, embodiment, and a more holistic path to healing. We explore what The Embodied Witch really means, why I believe the witch was never someone to fear, and how reclaiming that archetype is really about reclaiming ourselves.

We also dive into the fear of being seen, the witch wound, and why so many of us feel called to something deeper while simultaneously feeling terrified to answer that call.
