Mother's Day is all about recognizing and giving gratitude toward the women in our lives for what they have given us. But what does that kind of example look like in the midst of tragedy, and how might that still be celebrated?

The season of Lent might seem like a daunting time for Christians, in what it calls for in terms of sacrifice to honor what Christ has done. But honoring and remembering the works of Jesus Christ do not come from our own power of sacrifice or fasting, but in recognizing the one with the true power behind it all in the first place.
