Boundaries are never easy. Whether you're trying to instill boundaries with certain people, with yourself and routine, or fighting against the mentality that "I can't be a quitter," they can be hard to figure out and even more difficult to maintain. In this episode, I walk through the different types of boundaries and why they're so important. I also share how I personally will be setting boundaries in my life as I enter into this new season.
