Meghan starts this episode off by discussing her personal story and how overcoming a 5 year period of injury and adversity helped redirect her Life and approach to Coaching for the better.
Meghan then breaks down why she is such a huge advocate for training being about improving all aspects of your life through Empowerment, Feeling Good, Increasing confidence and Fun rather than solely being focused on Aesthetics.
We then briefly touch on what the biggest issue she still sees on Social Media is when it comes to Female Training and Female Fitness Role Models.
Meghan then explains how she programs Play into her own training and that of her clients and what approaches to take to build Play in without detracting from the Training Program.
