I have talked about working with aliens before and people are always shook, so I broke down how I started working with aliens, what my experiences with them has been like, debunked racist and antisemitic conspiracy theories about aliens AND THEN I brought on my alien guides psychically and asked them to share how you can start working with them.

This week I get super vulnerable about my personal journey to discovering what safety feels like in my body. Coming from an unsafe childhood my body and mind didn't have the spaciousness for safety and it has been a long journey to learn how to cultivate it in my life.
