Since retrograde and the eclipse season started, I have been reminded of a pattern that I, and many other people fall prey to in the spiritual communities, of trying to heal our trauma and shadows without having all the tools to do so. This creates a harmful pattern that further triggers our body and doesn't support us where we are at in the moment. 

Of course this pattern is something that is dangled in front of us as a promise of living our our highest timeline, one that can make us feel less than when we inevitably can't heal as quickly as we want to. 

So this week, I dive into how this pattern can come about, how it has come up for me in my healing journey, and what steps we can do to ACTUALLY fully heal from our traumas and have a trauma informed or safer experience when working with our shadow. One that centers your body and it's experience rather than your rational mind and pull to heal things quickly to feel good enough to achieve your desires.  

This week I FINALLY had the immense privilege of hosting Pea the Feary on the podcast! I have been following and working with Pea since they were doing solely human design readings and their HD reading I got from them was extremely life affirming for me. But Pea has been working in the more meta realms helping others timeline jump into their next desired reality in a very unique way and I got to pick her brain about it!

This week is all about reframing fear and reverse engineering it so you can take your power back. I recently had a energy healing session with a client and the topic of fear came up in our debrief. I channeled all of this intuitive knowledge for them to help this client feeling validated and move through their process easier. And honestly, I left that session thinking...WOW I need to record myself to share all this stuff that comes through me with others. I immediately took notes to remember what was said and have been ruminating on it all week! Fear is a tricky thing that can make so many people feel overwhelmed and powerless when making big changes and facing the unknown in their life. This week I am sharing a *patron exclusive* episode I recorded in February for you all! The topic of anti-capitalism is powerful and deserves to be shared more as a resource for others! 

In this episode I talk about my own relationship to capitalism, things I am doing and learning to remove capitalist programming from my daily life, and the 10 principles of capitalism/white supremacy that I learned from therapy tik tok. I had no idea these principles existed and I wanted to share them with the zeitgeist as they can be powerful for understanding how capitalism works and who it serves ( and who it doesn't). With this knowledge we can inform our own anti-capitalist practices.
