This week I spoke with the acclaimed Vanessa Codorniu! She is a long time psychic who has had such an interesting journey to reclaiming her heritage, culture, and psychic gifts. This weeks episode with Erin was really fun and full of linking 'aha' moments for me. I love meeting business and money people who understand the reality of trauma and societal standing. I love people who treat healing as a process and holistic practice that can be applied to all areas of our life. Needless to say our convo was super enlightening, full of Tinder date stories and how they can be used to benchmark your healing process and how we can remove stored money trauma in our bodies through resourcing, removing shame, and somatic healing.

This week I was joined by Elia Diane Fushi Bekene (selflove_tribute)!!! Elia is a multifaceted healer and source of wisdom. We chatted about their journey to becoming an artist, channel, and ancestral healer and I absolutely loved their perspective and advice on ancestral healing and moving through transitional times. Elia approached ancestral healing from such a worldly, ancient perspective that is soooo different from what I have learned from others. They see healing in every relationship we have and understand that ancestors don't have to be related in order to learn from them. This ideology (paired with their personal healing journey) inspired their amazing tarot deck that will be coming out very soon!!!

This week I am flying solo and sharing my vast psychic and observational insights on MANIFESTATION!!! Manifesting is such a popular topic and focus in the new age and witchcraft realms with mostly every modern human wanting to have more and better lives. With such a focus on wanting things to be better it baffles my mind that there isn't more widely accepted manifestation methods or more push back for the lackluster popular ones that everyone uses. In the episode I break down the LOA (Law of Attraction) and popular manifestation formula that stems from it to point out the flaws and limitations with being high vibe all the time and the ableist/racist nature of these formulas for success. I also talk about my trials and successes with manifestation and downloads or options that you can employ to make your manifestation methods work for you!

This week I was joined by the cozy water witch Ambra!!! Ambra brings a much needed self care focus to this overworked, burnt out, productive  society. We chatted about redefining self care and using foundational principles to guide your body and self care practice. Ambra shared their uber grounding and practical steps for creating a restorative and maintaining self care practice that actually works for you and doesn't create more pressure and shame when its too hard to maintain. This is definitely a great episode to relisten to over and over again.

Prior to tarot coaching, Ambra worked in Campaigning and Communication in the not-for-profit world for over a decade. They deeply care about changing and disrupting the patterns of burnout that still exist and permeate in activists spaces with intuitive strategies that help personal as well as collective and systemic change happen.

This episode is for all the creative witches out there!!!! Cristina and I chatted about the creative process and how we can give ourselves more permission to create in a way that feels natural to us. How capitalism has affected creatives and some ways to unlearn or challenge programs that interfere with your natural creative notions. We also talked about how Cristina uses astrology as a tool to help creatives find deeper understanding and meaning in their personal relationship to creativity and creation. She basically takes the traditional houses and planets and uses them as metaphors for the creative process to see how different aspects of your life affect your relationship to/experience with creativity and the beauty you are birthing into the world.
