In this episode, I thought I would give you an inside look at what it's like to be coached and the value of coaching.
This is a replay of a recent coaching call that I did with some practitioner and coach clients. And I thought it would be really helpful for you to see especially since my free five-day live course is coming up.

I had the pleasure to chat with Andrea Fallon, a midwife and child health nurse, and she's a mom of two and lives in Perth, Australia.
She started her business about three years ago and she started as a directory for moms interested in mothers. She quickly realized, however, that it wasn't a business model that made her a lot of money.
And at first, she didn't think that having a signature program applied to her, because of the regulations around her practice. But once she figures it out, she dove right in.

Today I have two extra special guests with me, Laura Wood and Karen Yaworsky, Laura and I hosted Karen on our morning show and I wanted to share it on the podcast with you.
In this episode, you'll hear Karen's story and how she overcame a lot of the bottlenecks that most practitioners and coaches struggle with, like the tech and getting clients, everything.
I hope this inspires you and motivates you to create the kind of success you desire in your own business.

It might seem like a foreign concept to run group coaching calls. Maybe you've never had client experience. Maybe you're used to offering one-to-one client sessions. I know it was a huge foreign concept for me when I first started.
Today, I'm going to break down how to run group coaching calls so that you have a better idea of how to do it in your own online program.

This episode makes me nervous and all kinds of uncomfortable because I'm going to share the five mindset elements that are holding you back from creating the business and life of your dreams on your own terms.
My intention is for you to be open to these mindset elements. And if you feel activated by anything I say, then, you know, it's something to explore more.
These five mindset elements I share come straight from my own personal experience of being married, having babies, getting a divorce, growing my company, and having worked with thousands of health and fitness professionals over the years.

I've realized after working in this industry for 11 years, the industry that I've built my career in and love is going through some massive shifts.
In this episode, I'm going to share with you my predictions. Please keep an open mind. Either way, the saying either you innovate or die keeps coming to mind and what we're seeing right now is an innovation in the alternative health industry, and I couldn't be more excited.

In this episode, I had the pleasure to talk with Isabelle Price, the co-founder of Beyond Diet. She was the only evidence back when I first started that success could be possible for me too. She demonstrated that it was possible to have a 20-million-a-year business while still being a very present mom.
You'll hear in this conversation, how she pivoted Beyond Diet into doing the work that felt meaningful to her at the time. If you're looking for another female model and evidence, you'll definitely enjoy this one.

In this episode, I'm going to share the lessons I learned from going to see Lady Gaga in concert. This concert brought me back to life and there is something so powerful about witnessing and experiencing someone else who is living the full expression of who they are.
I forgot how necessary it is for me and maybe for you to be inspired by other humans. This episode is more of a personal one so take what resonates and leave the rest.
