What is a Super Blood Wolf Moon?

It’s  a phenomenon wherein the Moon appears particularly large and bright with a reddish glow. Wolf Moon is the name given by native Americans to a full moon that appears in the middle of winter.

The central theme for this cosmic time is ego versus self.

This eclipse is helping you to shake off the limitations of your ego and open up to your authentic self.

In this episode, we are exploring the energy of this new season of Winter and look to the energy of 2019.

We are at that point in the year where we are not only moving out of one season and into another but also closing out the year.  I find it very helpful to take the time to acknowledge these shifts and to choose to be a part of manifesting the direction of your life.

As this show goes to air, we are in the energy of the Full Moon Winter Solstice.

In this episode we are going to be working with our intuition and energy as we combine the teachings of the Medicine Wheel to close out the year.

The Medicine Wheel is a circle that contains all the teachings for the seasons of your life. Intuitively we know this. The days continue. Yes we turn the page of our calendar but it continues and therefore contains all the teachings for the seasons of your life.

It’s time to close out the series on Spiritual Literacy, not that I will stop talking about it, but just that it is time to bring it all back around and check in on what we have talked about.

The new moon always offers us the ability to begin again, which is one of the reasons I love working with the cycles of the moons. It is so freeing to be able to shift each month and not hold on.
