Today, Loretta welcomes Billy Wynne who is a seasoned practitioner and teacher of Buddhism and mindfulness with over 30 years of experience. He is the author of "The Empty Path: Finding Fulfillment through the Radical Art of Lessening", a practical guide to embracing the Buddhist concept of emptiness for a more fulfilling life. Certified as a meditation teacher under Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach, Billy also holds lay Zen Buddhist ordination from the Zen Center of Denver, where he teaches and serves on the board. Beyond his spiritual work, he is a health and well-being entrepreneur, having founded Impact Health and Awake, one of the first alcohol-free bars in the U.S. Billy lives just outside Denver with his wife Christy, their son, daughter (now in college), and two shih-poos, Oscar and Archie.
