Sometimes you work and work towards a goal, and things seem to fall apart, but then there comes a point when you get to see the benefit of all your efforts pay off. Keep going- you can do this! In this epsiode, I share a personal experience about something that I had been working on for over a year that had some points that things didn't work out quite like I had hoped, and then finally, I got to see a direct result of my efforts. Fear is a Liar! It can make us believe lies a bout ourselves, our situations, and others. We all have moments of sadness, anxiety, loneliness, and feeling of depression. Sometimes people think that you can just shake it or stop the feelings,  but it doesn't work like that. Depression starts in stages. First, it  starts out small, and then it can turn into a consuming thought, and before you know it, you wonder how you got there in the first place. Depression can be confusing. Often we think that if we do more, we can somehow block our feelings and just push through and try to do more, be more, achieve more. In this episode, not only do we cover the stages of depression, but also how to pull yourself out of depression.
