In this first lesson on affirmations, we dive into forgiveness work. The only way through, is through. Going around only works in planes, folks! 

If you want to have the life of your dreams, good health, wealth, and all that jazz, affirmations will get you there. First, we need to retrain our subconscious to constantly forgive. By allowing the old crappy repeat tracks we have been playing in our brain to fall away, we make space for the new juicy affirmation tracks that will allow us to be magnets for anything and everything we want. 

Forgive, forgive, forgive.
