This week I talk about 11 ways you can use your time in quarantine constructively to boost your career. Unfortunately the global pandemic has most of us on lock down, but that doesn't mean we can't proactively work on our careers.
Now is the perfect time to update that resume, apply for a new role, improve your technical or management proficiency, and a host of other options.
I walk through my person list and provide a number of resources to help you keep your head in the career game.

If you've studied continuous improvement principles, you'll notice the PDCA process sneaking into many aspects of your work. Looking back, I noticed myself using these processes while participating in National Podcast Post Month Challenge. I'm using these learnings to prepare for next year. This week I'm talking about what's ahead for the show. And would love to hear your thoughts. I hope you enjoy this week's show.

They say you learn more from failures than successes. If that's true, I learned a lot from participating in the National Podcast Post Month Challenge. I didn't make the 30 posts in 30 days goal, but I did walk away with a long list of lessons learned. And realised that I used some Lean, Kata, and Design Thinking principles in the process. I hope you enjoy this week's show.
Thanks for listening!
