Ester Lou's Biography (Abbreviated):
After studying journalism at Florida A&M University, Ester Lou started a career on the corporate side of cable television working at LIFETIME and MTV Networks in New York City. But after feeling she was too far away from the creative side of production, Ester relocated to Los Angeles to pursue a career in writing. She got her first break in the writers' room as a writer's production assistant on SHOWTIME'S HOUSE OF LIES.
During hiatus, Ester worked with Black&Sexy TV to create, write and direct two web series - SEXLESS and CHEF JULIAN - which were both acquired by BETHer. In 2016, she was accepted into the FOX WRITERS INTENSIVE and ultimately became the fellow for that year, leading to a development deal with Twentieth Century Fox Television.
Ester Lou's previous credits include PITCH and STAR. She is currently working on NBC's crime drama, GOOD GIRLS, as an executive story editor.

Show Notes: Imagine if right before your Parent-Teacher Conference, your mom and dad were on stage dancing with Rihanna, Beyonce', or Chris Brown? Or maybe right after they picked you up from basketball practice, they had to go finish choreographing shows like American Idol or The Voice or go shoot a commercial for Kia Motors or Big Lots.
That's pretty much the life of powerhouse couple Tyrell Washington and Latrina Bolger-Washington. We sat down with the Creative Directors / Choreographers to glean from them how they balance their 8 counts, marriage life, kids, and 16+ year careers in Hollywood.
