Welcome to this week’s Entrepreneur Express Tip in 5 minutes or less! This might be a bit silly, but today the visual of Fred Flintstone came to me. I can see their car perfectly with their feet running on the gravel below them. I want you to picture the wheels – that’s what I was thinking about today. They aren’t real circles.
I was having a coaching session with somebody today and we were talking about cars. I asked if she felt like she was in a Corvette or in the Fred Flintstone car. I just wanted to bring that visual here to you because things could be cruising along - you could be making huge strides, but it could be a little bumpy. Your feet might be getting a little tired. You could be driving that car but hitting a lot of bumps in the road. You are driving without that perfect tool, or tire, to help you get there smoothly.
Right now, I want you to gauge how you are cruising. Are you cruising in the Corvette or in the Fred Flintstone car? How can you turn your Fred Flintstone car into the Corvette? How can you get better wheels? How can you get a better engine? You can continue to improve and take those small action to turn your company into that smooth-running vehicle like the Corvette.
I know this is a bit silly, but I wanted to share that with you!

Welcome to this week’s Entrepreneur Express Tip in 5 minutes or less! Today we are looking at how we might be resistant to change. Are you changing quickly? Are you holding on too long? Are you kicking and screaming over potential change?
If you want to process things in an real and honest way, while being true to yourself, I encourage you to schedule a session with me. It’s free – no strings attached! But I really want to help you examine if you are embracing change or if you are resistant to change.
Think about what comes to mind for you as it relates to change. Maybe there’s a certain situation that came up this week that you weren’t open to change or weren’t open minded. How resistant to change are you? Think about that. And if you want to, drop me a line and let me know. This is the time to carve out what is and what isn’t working for you.

Welcome to this week’s Entrepreneur Express Tip in 5 minutes or less! Today we are examining Facts vs. Assumption.
Too often I see people jumping to conclusions without the facts. They are assuming things and it’s derailing them and sometimes spinning their entire world out of control. Sometimes if you just hit the brakes, take a deep breath, collect the facts, and avoid jumping to conclusions/making assumptions, then you could avoid all those feelings.
We do not need more stress, worry or anxiety in our lives. Don’t make it self-induced. When you feel like you are assuming things you need to pause and ask yourself if this is facts or assumption. Don’t let yourself spiral by assuming the worst before you get all the facts. Once you do look at the facts you will be able to think clearly and make strong, confident decisions.
