In his late teens, Anders family arrived in Canberra from Sweden on a 3 year diplomatic mission. When the time came to leave, Anders wasn’t ready to go and winged himself a full scholarship at ANU studying law and political science. These days he is the managing Director of Thinque, a consultancy business that helps companies see the future and plan for remaining relevant in a fast changing world. Tony is an impressive businessman having done more than 50 start ups in his career. At an early age, Tony worked for Polaroid, blagging his way into a finance position. Jim’s been in the real estate game most of his life and started Lease Equity about 20 years ago with a $120 million shopping centre deal, after his employer sold to Mirvac and couldn’t find anyone with the right skills to complete it.
