Zelinda Yañez is a yoga teacher who specializes in teaching yoga so that people with all kind of bodies can participate and benefit. She founded The Yoga Room in Round Rock, Texas, in 2010, and her YouTube channel in 2011. At the start of the pandemic, Zelinda closed her physical studio space and began offering classes online, and she began to post more regularly on her YouTube channel. Now she teaches students from around the world via YouTube, her Zoom classes, and through her Patreon Community. Zelinda is a student of the Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram, in Chennai, India, which is one of the world’s oldest modern yoga schools and a renowned worldwide leader in yoga therapy. In her teaching, Zelinda aims to make yoga accessible so that people with all kinds of bodies can optimize their health and maximize their enjoyment of life.
