In this Episode I talk with Duran Parsi, CEO of the Collegiate Starleague, about how he got into esports, how the CSL started, how to not get burned by sponsors and the importance of checking all of your equipment prior to an event and how to-do lists have helped Duran stay organized and focused day-to-day.

Ryan is the owner of Ambition Esports which is a North American esports organization. They are a multi-gaming eSports organization and gaming community that was founded originally as a WoW guild and eventually over the years turned to a multi-game community then into a eSports organization run by a group of close friends who have been gaming for most of their lives on various platforms and game types. They compete in Rocket League in the Pro Rivalry League, Nexus, NBC Universal and the RLCS. They also compete in PUBG online for player unknowns battlegrounds.

Austin is a Graphic Designer and the Chief Design Officer for Ambition Gamers which is a North American esports organization that competes in RL, PUBG, Paladins. You may have seen his recent work designing concepts for Rocket League Car. His Cloud9 concept has been hugely popular on Twitter.

Very happy to see how the impressions, reach and engagement is going. It's a long long long game to get traction and I'm well aware of that. Instagram has declined quite a bit. I stopped using 20 hashtags on each of my posts and the likes/followers have dropped of significantly. However, it doesn't seem to have affected download count because the show is still average the same amount of downloads. So Instagram and Facebook are workings in progress right now. I will figure them out. Just takes time.
