He considers himself Australian-made and has been based out of Shanghai, China for the past 18 years. Our guest today is Mr. Sanjib Nandi. Sanjib hails originally from India and lived in London for a period before settling in Berlin, Wisconsin, in the States.

His journey so far means that he's able to bring a unique perspective to the table, a blend of both eastern and western cultures and medicines. Sanjib combines his knowledge of psychology, physiology, pharmacology, and the mind-body connection to produce a vibrant and practical approach to healing and human vitality.

During our conversation today, we turn our focus to wellness as an approach to leadership.

We'll be discussing connections between the brain and the body and how meditation impacts. We'll also touch on other important well-being factors to perform in parallel to meditation and how these can be combined to benefit leaders.

Sanjib's created an app called Luvo, L-U-V-O. This is an interesting development that brings a unique design to help people improve every area of their lives by adopting healthier habits. Luvo has an integrative approach to meditation and connects it with other powerful habits like water intake, exercise, cold showers, sleep hygiene, mindset, and energy flow.

LUVO leverages the growing research about electric and magnetic fields in the body that suggest changes in vibrational frequencies may affect us in ways that potentially benefit our health. In addition to being a father, working as a pharmacist, and developing apps, Sanjib is also an author and music composer.

He wrote a book in 2021 called The Man with Zero Talent and the lyrics for an album called Rise From the Ashes. Both of these speak to his philosophy and zest for life. Sanjib's passion is to share his journey and help others live healthy, fulfilling life. This week we are beaming all the historically significant Cebu City, in the Philippines. Our guest is Ms. Le-an Lacaba, the CEO and co-founder of 2xYou.

The company was the winner of the coveted Stevie Award 2021 Employer Of The Year and focuses on outsourcing in the areas of hiring, managing, and growing remote executive assistants for solopreneurs and small business owners.

During the early stages of our conversation today, you will hear from Le-an recount the details of an event that has shaped her attitude to life and business – it has led to a "YES and…" approach that has really presented a host of opportunities which have stretched her while also made Le-an into the person she is today.

Can you believe that Le-an commenced work at age 15 and has been working from home since? She published her first book at 18 and now has a series of five novels with another one due for release sometime later this year.

She first became CEO at 20 and has since partnered with her boss that time to start 2xYou Executive Services at the tender age of 23.

Le-an is on a mission to help 10,000 entrepreneurs grow remotely, and 1 Million Filipinos work from home.

And anyone that knows her suspects she may just achieve that target in the not-too-distant future.

Le-an is helping achieve her mission through multiple channels, and one of these is her coaching brand on Youtube called "Virtual Ate." Ate means Big Sister in the local language, and it is where she trains Virtual Assistants on how to work from home.

She is also an international speaker and self-professed content-creation monster.

This week we are beaming all the way from the Texan city of Houston, although, our guest originally hails from the South American city of Rio de Janeiro in Brazil. Which, not coincidentally, is also home to the famous family that our guest had the good fortune to be introduced to at a young age, and he's never looked back.

Professor Leonardo Xavier, who's often referred to as The Wizard is a world-renowned martial artist and the United States Martial Arts Hall of Fame Inductee, Leonardo Xavier is a former multiple times Jiu-Jitsu world tournament medalist, a Pan-American champion, and Brazilian national champion, and fifth-degree black belt professor in Gracie Jiu-Jitsu, with over 25 years of teaching experience.

Nowadays, he teaches the physical and mental aspects of Jiu-Jitsu to people from all walks of life, from corporations to leaders and celebrities.

His teaching has also reached the highest levels, having served as Rickson Gracie's assistant at seminars worldwide, and recently being recognized as a 2022 International Martial Arts Instructor of the Year.

Yes, you heard me right, Rickson Gracie of the famed Gracie Jiu-Jitsu family. This week we are still in the northern hemisphere but on the opposite side of the North Atlantic Ocean from our guest last week. Instead, we're back in the UK and chat with Professor. Dr. Jonathan Passmore.

Jonathan is Senior Vice-President, CoachHub and a professor at Henley Business School, as well as a global thought leader in behavioral change, listed in the Thinkers 50 and Global Gurus lists. He is a chartered psychologist and holds five degrees including an MBA and a doctorate in psychology. He is an accredited coach with the ICF and EMCC, as well as holding qualifications in team coach and coach supervision, and was the Inaugural Chair of the British Psychological Society Division of Coaching Psychology.

He has published widely and contributed 40 books and over 100 scientific papers and book chapters to the field, making him one of the most cited coaches in the world.

Our very special guest today is Ms. Sally Helgesen who resides just north of New York City, New York.

Sally Helgesen, cited in Forbes as the world's premier expert on women's leadership, is an internationally best-selling author, speaker, and leadership coach.

She has been inducted into the Thinkers 50 Hall of Fame, which honors those whose thinking has shaped the field of leadership worldwide. She is also ranked number 5 among the world's thought leaders by Global Gurus.
