Kat Herro is the co-founder of The TTC Society (Trying to Conceive Society). We talked about her journey with fertility and the struggles that she went through to conceive her second child. Out of that experience she wanted to create a space where women who are trying to conceive could have a safe space and community to embark on that journey together. We discussed many factors that can effect fertility, the enormous cost of treatments that are NOT covered by insurance, and so much more.

Today you'll meet a childhood friend of mine, Kristin. In her early 20's, Kristin would leave the police force to become a full-time step-mama to two teenage daughters. Fast forward seven years, she has two little girls of her own, her step-daughters have left for their first year of college, and she's now living on what I've affectionately been calling The Homestead. I asked Kristin to come on the show because she is thriving more in her life than I've ever seen! She talks about her journey of navigating marriage, being a mother, and ultimately where she is now. "I'm not sure where I belong anymore." On Easter 2020, I remember crying as I watched the video for the service because for the first time in my life I didn't know where I fit within the Christian community. To be honest, I'm still on a path of deconstruction of my beliefs. I invited my good friend Tara onto the show to discuss our journey's with faith up to this point as I needed someone that I felt safe enough talking to about it. Tara has been on a similar journey of breaking down her faith to understand what she believes and wants to embody in her own life as well.

My boyfriend Serg joins me in this episode as we take a behind the scenes look at one of our favorite growth tools: The Enneagram. The Enneagram is an ancient personality typing tool and in this episode we take you through a basic understanding of what it is, the different types that comprise the Enneagram, and of course tell you a few stories about our own relationship along the way. I am an Enneagram 8w7 and he is an Enneagram 3w4. SPOILER ALERT: Serg and I mistyped him as a 1 for almost TWO YEARS!

At one point Tony woke up in a jail cell facing a 20 year sentence. I invited him here to talk about his journey through his life, what landed him there, what brought him out, and what ultimately he sets his life upon today. I asked him here because I love the messages that he shares on his social platforms and he's up to some exciting and new creative ventures that I really want to champion forward.
