during your healing journey you're going to experience moments of defeat, moments when you want to give up and let your thoughts get the best of you, your day could be perfectly fine, and then you go through an internal trigger or a moment where your body is reacting to an emotion that mentally you have either moved on from but haven't fully healed from or have pushed aside because it was too much to deal with. but you're never alone, when you have a circle of people in your life who understand you and where you came from and what you're going through, it makes those moments of overstimulated emotions just a tad bit easier to go through. if I can leave you guys with one thing from this episode it's to create a safe space for the people you love.
