Located just an hour north of EWTN, this Grotto may seemingly get overshadowed by the grandeur of this global Catholic media empire. However, Brother Joseph, the artist behind the AVE MARIA Grotto has brought about compelling art for people from all walks of life. 

This less than five foot man, with a broken back, by all means should never have left the legacy that he has. Yet, the Ave Maria Grotto in its serenity, beauty, and peace brings people to reflect on the faith and bring to light the level of their connection with God. This episode discusses how beauty can bring about faith and where to meet people and lead them to Christ.

Mother Angelica: a cloistered nun who founded EWTN-The Eternal Word Television Network.

How could a cloistered (private contemplative) nun found such an international Catholic media empire? Only with the help and strength of the Lord. In this episode, we sit down with Maddie, a pilgrimage assistant at the Shrine of the Most Blessed Sacrament to discuss the living legacy of Mother Angelica, the experience of faith in front of the Blessed Sacrament, and also Maddie's powerful story of continued faith at the Shrine.

What compels a man to return to a place where his life is in imminent danger? This episode delves into the inspiring journey of Blessed Stanley Rother, a humble priest from Oklahoma who made the ultimate sacrifice for his faith and his flock.

Answering a missionary call in 1968, Father Rother served the Tz'utujil people in Santiago Atitlán, Guatemala. Amidst the turmoil of civil war, he became a beacon of hope, translating the New Testament into the native language and standing in solidarity with his parishioners. His unwavering commitment placed him on a death list, prompting a brief return to Oklahoma. Yet, his dedication drew him back to Guatemala, where he met martyrdom on July 28, 1981.

In this episode, we explore the profound lessons from Blessed Stanley's life:

1. Perseverance in Vocation: Academic setbacks didn't deter his path to priesthood.
2. Embodied Love: His actions reflected Christ's love in a war-torn community.
3. Legacy of Faith: His sacrifice ignited numerous vocations in Santiago Atitlán.
4. Universal Belonging: Every individual has a place within the Catholic Church.
5. Eternal Mission: Earthly death doesn't conclude one's spiritual impact.

We often hear about the Blessed Mother appearing to people, but how often do you hear about St. Joseph Apparitions? 

At the Loretto Chapel in Santa Fe, NM, a group of Loretto Sisters asked St. Joseph to intercede for them. They needed to build stairs to their choir loft, which was never finished due to the architect tragically passing away. On the ninth day of the novena, something incredible happened that even 200 years later, pilgrims marvel at today.

This Shrine was spearheaded by the now Cardinal Burke in 1995 as a means to draw people closer to God through Marian devotion.
