Most of you have heard of breatharianism, right? It's where you don’t need food to live. What about water? What about sleep? This one will expand your worldview!
Kristina Pisani is a transformational neuro-coach. Having repaired her injured spine through a natural healing process she experientially discovered that the body does not need to receive any water or physical food from the OUTSIDE to live. The Body is a sustainable ecosystem by itself. This experience demonstrated the power of questioning and breaking through the mainstream paradigm. Kristina is helping people to become stable and centered in their inner joy, stillness, and aliveness as an existing fundamental already inside by tapping into inner intelligence. There is an infinite source within each of us and instead of using and exploiting nature and the external world, the time has come to learn to consciously manifest directly from it. She is a founder of a start-up called Science of Inner Intelligence or SII for short, and she joins us from smack in the middle of the mediterranean sea, from the beautiful island of Malta.
Description: Join Host David Knox as he gives an insightful recap of The Evolutionary Framework, a model of understanding our world that shows us how it is possible to live a Big, Bright, Beautiful, Sexy, Abundant Life and Heal The World...all in the same motion! In this episode we reveal the Secret to The Secret, the truth about DNA, and the folly of Darwin. We also discuss the foundational elements of intentional evolution, and learn the 7 factors that make this a very special time in human history, a time when your actions can change the world.
And this is the fulcrum point in the season! The rest of this season will be dedicated to The Evolutionary Dynamic, which David introduces in this episode. The Dynamic shows us how we can each find our own highly unique evolutionary path, and then accelerate along that path through and ever expansive worldview, a fluid utility-based belief system, and through cultivating an open and active dialogue with the universal mind. Other topics include self-love, surrender, intuition and discernment, desire, and a ruthless commitment to joy, bliss and ecstasy.
The results Eric gets are nothing short of amazing in terms of changing posture and gate, increasing strength and flexibility, and reducing or eliminating body pain.
Eric Fair-Layman practices a meridian- and fascial-based form of body work performed on a mat (on the floor). He uses his feet to massage and then employs a series of dynamic resistance stretches to help create lasting change in your body. He has also been trained to perform Integral Breathwork which combines rebirthing breathwork and abdominal massage, which can be integrated into a mat work session or into a table massage.
Eric was born with a mild form of cerebral palsy and spent much of his childhood in physical therapy and wearing leg braces. Beyond a general practice of being active and healthy that has always served him, the resistance stretches made the first significant difference for him with his physical limitations, a difference that was not available even in yoga or Haitian Calisthenics.
Eric lives in Portland, OR with his two children, and enjoys travel, time in the woods and hopes to someday live closer to nature and to make a difference in the world across socioeconomic and cultural lines.

This week is part 2 of my conversation with Libby Leyrer, author of Step Into My Green World: Awakening Through Walking Meditation. In this conversation Libby and I continue our discussion about her bereavement and healing, step by step along the Camino De Santiago, a 500 mile pedestrian pilgrimage through Northern Spain to the Shrine of Saint James. We will also talk about how to get started using walking meditations, and we also spend some time talking about the ancient Toltec spiritual philosophy described in the book called The Four Agreements. But we pick up right in the middle of our conversation regarding the loss of Libby’s beloved niece only days before she set out on the Camino de Santiago. And with that, here we go, please enjoy.
According to "family lore" Libby took off on walking explorations so many times before the age of two, that her mother baked a cake for the fire department. So began her quest for adventure which continues to this day. In her teens she ventured into Guerrilla Theater, dramatically condemning cultural conditioning of the patriarchal vision of women as submissive & inferior. Being non-linear & eclectic, she found various ways to express her need for growth, through creativity & discovery.. Fast forward to the present day; her newly published book "Step into my Green World: Awakening Through Walking Meditation" is an invitation to a very personal account of her mystical awakening through the spiritual practice of walking in nature.
