September has been a journey of twists and turns but a particular moment stood out. Find out how I was able to change a rejection mail into a win by taking full responsibility for my shortcomings. It's one thing to boldly advocate for kindness it's an entirely different experience to be kind especially when it's inconvenient and you're in "the right."

In this episode, I share a personal experience that taught me all over the importance of responding and not reacting to situations.

Being kind takes conscious effort. It's about being deliberate, and intentionally choosing certain actions over others. It's being empathetic. It's not insisting on your right.

it's a great feeling to know that you always come back with each episode. This episode around, I've dropped a couple of tricks to help you have an amazing August, an August to remember if you will.

I understand how easily you must have fallen into your routines but I'm not one to let go especially when I see the makings of greatness. Consider it an act of kindness from me to you, and I hope that by implementing these really simple tricks, the quality of your life will improve a lot better.

The only thing I ask of you, is that you extend this kindness to other people around you in your community tht way, we get to change the world, one kind act at a time.

Time is an illusion yet we are already six months into 2024.

How do you feel about this? I ask because feelings matter more than we give them credit for, so I thought to give you something to hold unto.

It becomes easy to not do the things we promised ourselves that we would do, when we let fear, disappointments, anxiety and uncertainty define who we.

I woke up to the most beautifully written note ever yesterday.

It's the kindest compliment that I have had the honor of receiving and it inspired me to become intentional with kindness.

This guy called his misogyny out on twitter and I was impressed.

It's not everyday you meet people who are self aware and also self-regulate.
