For millennials, it seems that our entire adulthood has been spent thinking about how drastically different our lives are compared to what we were told they would be when we were growing up. By any comparison, our generation lags behind in the procurement of all of the "traditional" markers of adulthood.
But, what if we look at our situation through a different lens?
Instead of wandering about what we don't have, what if we look at what we've got: a whole lot of freedom to create the lives we really want to live.
In this episode, we're going to discuss why our generation needs to let go of the idea of having a blueprint for success, and instead, embracing the unique opportunity we have to build one for ourselves.

For those of us who have grieved the loss of a person, we know that the experience changes you. In this episode, we are exploring life after loss and talking through ways we can use the energy of grief to inspire a part of your lifestyle design journey by letting it guide us toward finding or attributing meaning in some way.
You'll hear me say that this is Episode 3, but it is indeed Episode 5 of our podcast. I recorded this one earlier, but I wanted to wait to share it until this time of the year which can be painful and complicated for those of us who have experienced parental loss.
Over the last 10 years, we’ve been caught up in a hustle storm. I'm not exactly sure how or when it happened, but for the last few years, everything in our life has been all about working faster and harder. Doing more, more, more, and rising and grinding.
Whew, chile! Just writing about it has me exhausted!
But, in the last two years, our global situation had another effect: people were forced to slow down and in the process think about the toxicity of hustle culture. Many have declared hustle culture officially dead. But is it? And if so, what would be in its place?
Let's talk about it!

Fears around money aren't the only thing keeping millennials stuck and blocked from designing their lives. It's also the fear of losing the perception of prestige that we have been groomed to chase, revere, and hold on to with all our might.
