The last several years have uncovered corruption and failures in the Church at a horrifying rate. For I joyfully agree with the law of God in the inner person, but I see a different law in the parts of my body waging war against the law of my mind, and making me a prisoner of the law of sin, the law which is in my body’s parts.

We can all relate to the sense of a “war on the inside of us, " two or more wills fighting for dominance over our souls. But did you know that sometimes the will we wrestle with inside us can be a fragmented part of someone else’s soul? In deliverance ministry, I encounter this all the time. It happens through cursing and inherited generational sin, but it is healed through Jesus Christ. Many Christians want to be obedient and used by God, but they don't know where to begin. YOU CAN START RIGHT HERE! With this simple prayer template, you can begin to set the captives free. Yes, there is more to learn, but no ministry ever began without starting. So, stop worrying about what to do ten steps down the road. Take the first step, and God will give you your next assignment. Go free someone from anger, bitterness, or depression today in Jesus' name!

You start to fulfill your calling to set captives free TODAY by using this simple prayer template, which applies to EVERYONE. You may need to begin with yourself. Start by asking these questions:

• Are you angry with your Mom, Dad, grandparents, spouse, ex-spouse, ex-boyfriend, girlfriend, children or siblings? Do you have any anger towards God or yourself?

(If the answer is no, congratulate the person and move on to the next. If the answer is yes, choose one of the above persons and move to step #2).

• Ask them to repeat this prayer: "In the name of Jesus"…I renounce…my anger towards_______.
•  I have anger towards _______ because…." (Let the person repeating the prayer fill in the blank space after "because" with their own words. Encourage them to be as honest and explicit as possible. Only what is truly confessed can be released.
•  After they list their reasons for being angry, move on to the next step.) "Lord Jesus, I forgive, and I bless (the perpetrator)______." 
• "And with Your help and Your power, Jesus, I choose today to give you all of my anger towards ______.
•  Please set me free from this anger and cleanse me from its effects. 
• Finally, have the person close their eyes and envision Jesus. Next, have them imagine putting all their anger toward that individual in a box or a bag and then give it to Jesus.
•  Ask the person to tell you what they "see" Jesus do with the bag or box. What happens next will be remarkable.

This simple prayer template is an extremely practical way for you to fulfill the great commission TODAY and to complete the ministry the Apostle Paul describes as "the ministry of reconciliation."

Therefore, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were making an appeal through us; we beg you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God. 1 Corinthians 5:20 NASB

Ramin comes from a powerful spiritual lineage within Islam. His grandfather was not a Christian—but an Islamic shaman, known in his region for attempting to exorcise demons.
