THE FAITHSCAPE PODCAST episodes

  • UNITED IN GRIEF.

In this episode, I go into detail about the loss of a loved one and how you can get caught in the trap of depression, resentment, anger, and fear. I'm here to tell you that it's possible to overcome all of it and more. Not to say the pain ever goes away, but to be able to sit with yourself and not just feel like crying. In no way am I a therapist or anything of that sort, but these are the steps and tools that helped me overcome my emotions and be able to tell my brain to calm down. Also go into detail about just an update on my life, and little rant about upcoming movies and list my favorite Spiderman. Once again thank you for the continued support and make sure to follow. Have a blessed day!

  • STIGMAS ON ANXIETY & THERAPY.

This episode goes into detail about a topic I had no idea existed as a child. Anxiety, the word trembles a lot of people, a word that makes a lot people either want to about or not at all. This subject is troubling for some who often deal with anxiety attacks a lot and may even be medicated for. As a child, now knowing the things I went through as a kid I can identify those circumstances as anxiety. I had no idea what that word even meant as it was never spoken around until I got into therapy when I was sixteen. Therapy can also be a topic many don't wanna think about, or even show any attention to it at all. I speak all about these topics and what I've realized and what it's done for me. I hope you all enjoy the episode. Make sure to follow and leave a comment and review. Share it with others as many people I've realized could compare, or just feel comfort from it. Have a blessed day!

  • BEING THANKFUL.

This episode I go into detail about being thankful and showing gratitude to the ones closest to you. Constantly we go through life and when we leave for the day we always assume we'll be back. I'm here to say call your parents or whoever and say you love them now because it's not promised they'll always be here. Be thankful for the things you have going for you right now in life, you're doing great. I'm breaking out of the habit of not always being the most thankful and always worrying about what I don't have. We should always try our best to see what we have now and to always be thankful. Also go into detail about my mother, and the person she was. Enjoy the episode, don't forget to follow for new episodes every Wednesday. Have a blessed week!

  • PRETENDING TO BE SOMEONE YOU'RE NOT.

In this episode I go into detail about living in a world that you may not feel like your whole self. Wasting energy away to conform to society's social cues. Going to family events, hanging with friends, or even just going to work wasting life away not being your true self. I often do this and just come to the realization of what I'm doing. Also coming to realize that in my youth I was a young fool that wasn't aware of others emotions. Trying to be the one true man I need which is myself. Learning to be comfortable in my own skin. Hope you enjoy and make sure to follow the podcast. Have a blessed day!

  • TOXIC FAMILY BEHAVIOR & PEOPLE PLEASING.

In this episode I go into detail about my past week and all the thoughts that came with the week. Go into detail about my family photos and what happened during that day. Also talk on feeling isolated growing up, and alone in an all white family being the only bi-racial kid. Converse on the topic of growing into being a people pleaser all the way out of high school until I finally took a stand. Reach a point in the conversation to speak on maybe the relationship you have with your family is toxic. Go into much detail about reserving your energy and making to only give it to the ones that won't be bringing you down. Hope you enjoy the episode, and please if you could share with your friends, follow, and leave a review. Have a blessed week!

  • OUTGROWING FRIENDSHIPS.

This episode goes into detail about going through life as the new kid at school, and the hardships that come with it. Also goes into letting go of those friends you've been holding onto when something has been telling you to let go. Letting go of friends is really hard which we all know especially ones we thought were life long friends which hurts the most. I go into detail about my thoughts on this topic as I'm currently going through this myself. We dabble into the topic just a little bit about how a relationship can often help you grow and see things you didn't before. Just a smidge of the conversation goes into toxic family relationships. Hope you all enjoy!
