What do I mean when I say this? Often times we let our mind run our entire confidence and self esteem to the ground. I'm hear to say to take the power back of your mind. Don't wait for that next shoes to drop. Embrace the now and enjoy it. Easier said than done I know, but in this episode I go over techniques that help get through it. This day is an extremely hard day for me all around. It marks the day my mother past away in 2016, and to this day the hardest battle I still fight to this day. When it comes down to the couple leading up to it I'm in a roller coaster of emotions and not a person to be around. If you can't tell this episode is about grief and the troubles of that anniversary date we all have.

It's the end of the month!!!! February really flew by kind of crazy Black History Month is on the shortest month, but y'all aren't ready for that conversation. These episodes as always are my favorite to record at the end of every month. A nice reflection with these questions and helps me realize what I can work on. This is not a typical episode for this podcast. Kind of a hail mary with this one, but it's my podcast and I felt like doing a fun one for myself. As I'm blessed to be here another day to share another episode of "The FaithScape Podcast." I have to say this is by far one of my favorite episodes. The outlook I used to have on love has shifted in many ways over the years, but in the end shifted just right for me to find the love of my life. This episode revolves around the idea of setbacks as I just ran into one. Then I go to speak on all setbacks in life and how I came back.
