When Alabama Police Chief Jeff Greenhaw responded to a call from a concerned civilian who reported seeing a UFO land in a nearby field in the fall of 1973, he had no idea who *or what* he would encounter that night.

After arriving at the scene and finding no trace of the mysterious object, Greenhaw decided to make one final patrol around the perimeter before heading back to the station. But as he drove along a quiet gravel road, he spotted something strange in the darkness- and captured a photograph that would become one of the most unusual UFO-related images in history: the Falkville Metal Man.
