There are a couple of events in David’s life that would seem to stand out above all others... perhaps the slaying of Goliath is one, and certainly the fall into adultery and murder would be another. We’ll look at the latter today on According to the Scriptures, and seek to learn from David’s mistakes, so that we can avoid going down a similar path. We’ve seen many triumphs and successes to this point in David’s life, and now like so many of us, he makes a series of poor decisions.
