In honor of a special Friday the 13th episode, the girls talk superstitions and which ones they don't mess with. Emily shares her first Halloween decoration purchase of the year which prompts Devyn to help her plan a wedding sponsored by Spirit Halloween. The Fang Girls are back! After a brief hiatus, Devyn and Emily are diving back in for some summer cinema fun with M. Night Shyamalan's Old. The girls were able to see an advance screening of the flick and remember the magic of going to the movie theater. Emily also shares her ultimate hot girl summer diet plan: reading Tender is the Flesh by Agustina Bazterrica. This dystopian cannibal tale is sure to make you so sick, food will be the last thing you want! Will M. Night's new film make you say "Shyam, wow!"? La la la LA LLORONA! This week the Fang Girls are discussing recently released La Llorona. This flick takes a classic ghost story and ties it into real life horror. Devyn and Emily come up with the most elegant insult you've ever heard. They also manage to talk about genocide and sing a song entitled "Boner Alert" in one single episode. Can the girls say La Llorona not to the tune of My Sharona? Does the flick ruin their lives?? Listen to find out!

Four score and 7 years ago (well almost) this garbage flick came out. This week, the Fang Girls review the 2012 masterpiece, Abraham Lincoln Vampire Hunter. Professor Emily shares her her favorite spooky historical story about old Abe. Devyn flexes her knowledge on American history and the definition of the word linear. Was Lincoln's dad's name Dave? Was Edward Cullen invisible in New Moon?? Was Abraham Lincoln a real guy?? Did this movie ruin the girls lives??? Listen in to find out!

Fair warning: this is the second attempt at recording this episode due to computer issues so it's bound to be wild. Emily relates to character Emilie in this movie while Devyn experiences table-side guacamole PTSD. Everyone's favorite of their mom's friends, Dawn, even makes an appearance. DING DING DING! It's the final round of the great Eggers-Aster showdown! This week, the Fang Girls discuss the hallmark horror of our generation, Hereditary. Emily does a fantASStic job with her 2018 trivia. The girls agree there is one particular outfit that does not go with a smile. Devyn expertly educates Emily on the deep symbolism in this work of art. Which director will win the coveted and prestigious title of the Fang Girls' favorite director? Will it be daddy Eggers??
