With this meditation, I am applying and accessing the multidimensional power of Storytelling and Myth Making for Transpersonal and Mind-Body Healing.

This meditation story is a conversation with Mother Earth and I. I address questions about our origins, humanities disconnection from nature, and our money/work/slave system currently in use.

Her Celestial Origins is derived from a chapter in The Sacred Journey Within Book written by Farrah Sharpe. This meditation story contains Binaural beats and 432 Hz vibrations. Please listen with headphones for optimal results.

Storytelling is a powerful tool for decoding life's great mysteries and understanding ourselves, our cultures, other people, and the world around us. Stories inspire, motivate, and help us to communicate and heal in mind, body, soul, and spirit. Through symbols, sound, and imagination, stories connect with our unconscious mind, thoughts, and feelings and add playfulness and vibrancy to our world.

Stories help us to imagine the past, ground in the present moment, and create beautiful futures.

As a meditation composer, I created this composition for my doctoral studies Ecopsychology midterms: Ecopsychology Earth Offering (Service/Action). My work utilizes the power of Transpersonal Psychology, Mind-Body Medicine, and storytelling via Afrofuturism to create prose, poetry, and spoken words that heal.
