We ain't afraid of no ghosts! We dive right into all of the trivia, all of the laughs, and maybe just a small touch of something that loosely resembles the echoes of a theme when we discuss Ivan Reitman's 1984 classic, Ghostbusters! Who you gonna call?!

It's a strange and interesting episode this week as we launch a whole new summer series, #funnyordie, with our inaugural conversation about Frank Oz's 1986 classic horror musical, Little Shop of Horrors. In addition to chatting about what we've been watching and reading (including a somewhat controversial entry from Reed), we also dust off the old #tvguideposts installment chatting about the first few episodes of Ash vs Evil Dead.
But this week's show is not all laughs and trivialities as we unpack some pretty potent observations about the depths into which we can be dragged when we don't recognize our worth and the predatory things that would love nothing more than to keep us there.

In a striking departure from typical formatting, Reed and Nathan discuss three non-horror short stories by Stephen King: "The Man in the Black Suit" and "All That You Love Will Be Carried Away" from the collection, Everything's Eventual, and "Morality" from the collection, The Bazaar of Bad Dreams.
After briefly summarizing each tale, they unpack both the unique and interconnected themes on display in them, including the role of choice in moral fiber, the very nature of evil, and the complicated and necessary search for meaning.
It's a hearty and heart-filled discussion this week that you won't want to miss.

Where's our caaaake???!! We ask this and many other burning questions this week as we dive into the Stephen King and George Romero homage to the legendary EC horror comics, Creepshow! What do these brief fright tales have to tell us about the consequences of vengeance? Did Nathan survive the 250,000 cockroaches in the final story? Does Reed even have any idea what a quiche is? All this and more on this week's episode...

In this episode, Reed and Nathan do their best to navigate the treacherous fog of Frank Darabont's 2007 adaptation of Stephen King's novella, The Mist. We discuss what we've been watching, reading, and listening to lately before having a full discussion about what to do when hope seems foolish.

It is time once again to dive into the landmark works of Stephen King. This time, to correspond with the recent remake of one of his most dreadful books, we invite our friends from the Loser's Club and Flagg's Vegas back to discuss Pet Sematary. We dive into the novel, the 1989 film by Mary Lambert, the recent 2019 release, and even a few words about the BBC radio drama before tackling a sensitive and vulnerable conversation about why we are so ill-equipped to deal with grief. Stay outta that rud, ayuh, and come join us, wontcha?

After catching up with what they've been watching and reading and listening to, they do their very best to wrestle it all down.
