In this episode, I discuss the insidious phrase "I don't have the time for X." We often use it as an excuse for why we don't do those things that are important to us, such as giving ourselves time for our creative passions, exercising, or growing our side hustle into a business.
I explain what we really mean when we say "I don't have time" and how we can conserve our physical, mental, and emotional resources to free up energy for creativity, family, health, and leisure. I uncover those sneaky "energy sinks" that we all fall victim to and give my best tips for how to avoid them.
