In this episode, I wanna share what truly means to love and be loved. I want on a discovery of myself after my separation in October 2021 ... and one thing that helped me get back home was to remember that all starts with ME.
I am sharing 𝟳 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝗲-𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳-𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗮 𝗱𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳:
1. 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽 a nonnegotiable 𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲. For me, meditation and journaling are a daily must. Find what is your soul connection.
2. 𝗠𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆. Love your body. I believe wholeheartedly that your life is a reflection of how you dance.
3. 𝗔𝘀𝗸 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁. Be open to receiving. Have an inner circle of people that will hold the space for you, where you can be vulnerable, open and raw.
4. 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗳𝘂𝗻. I live by the mantra: If ain’t fun, I am not gonna do it.
5. 𝗕𝗲 𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳! Grace and self-compassion are crucial. Don’t judge yourself.
6. 𝗟𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗣𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲. Don’t hold yourself back from going after your calling. Stand in your sovereignty and truth.
7. 𝗚𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘇𝗲𝗿𝗼 𝗳*𝗰𝗸𝘀 about other people’s opinions. If it makes you happy, it doesn’t need to make sense to anyone else.
