My friend Chief is a wild lady who both is an animal and also wants to spend her life taking care of animals. I had a little talk with her about her love for animals and where she's going with it.

A few weeks ago, just as I was leaving the house to go out on a Friday night, my friend Najeeha called me with an idea for a project – not one she wanted to do, just something she thought would be interesting for me to explore. I thought I’d let her give it a test run.

I’m a big fan of therapy and had an appointment today. My therapist had conveniently suggested I write or maybe record myself talking out some thoughts about something, so I decided to capture it just as I left my session.

My friend Justin decided to turn the tables and interview me on my own podcast. He asks me some questions about my creative projects, ones I have done, am doing, or intend to do.
