There is so much we do to avoid listening to what our hearts have to say. 

Really, we should all be given a medal for our efforts.

Unfortunately, it's coming at a cost.

Time.

A reduction in time to be here on this planet, to explore our full potential and to get to know who we really are. 

Do you have the courage yet to a put a moment a side each day to listen to what your heart has to say? 

If one thinks of a heart, one usually imagines feelings.

And yet, I wonder, could you tell me what feeling your heart is carrying right now?

Listening to our heart is where the beginning of our journey begins, dear one, and there's a good reason for that. Not only is the heart the centre of self and carrying all of our emotions, it is also the reason you are alive right here, right now. 

The heart is therefor worth listening to, and not to do so would be detrimental.

In fact, statistics say just that: we're at a higher risk of dying from heart failure than anything else. 

So let's begin this journey, dear one, by learning to listen to 'the Heart.'
