In this episode, Daniel and Jess Arburn discuss the importance of intentional space design and creating sacred spaces. They explore the intersection of human design and the intentional creation of space, emphasizing the need for spaces that reflect and support one's authentic self. Jess explains how human design can be used to understand oneself and make decisions about space design. They also discuss the transformation from performative design to transformative design, where spaces become sanctuaries that nurture the spirit and elevate the soul. Creating sacred space is a transformative process that allows us to tap into our true selves and find our purpose. It involves understanding our needs and desires, and intentionally designing our environment to reflect and support them. By starting small and focusing on a specific corner or area, we can begin to create a sanctuary that brings us joy, inspiration, and a sense of safety. This practice can extend to our relationships and community, as we invite others into our sacred space and honor the sacredness of their spaces as well. Ultimately, creating sacred space is a way to connect with our purpose and live a more intentional and fulfilling life.
