Dominique Dequan Newton, aka Nico Newton, was born on the West Side of Chicago. Growing up in the West Side of Chicago can take the lives of multiple boys and men daily due to the violence; which is considered the way of life there on its streets. Nico’s mother, Ericka Ivy, was determined to provide safety for her children by keeping them off the streets, and occupying them inside the home by injecting music into the family’s blood. Mentored by his grandmother, a talented vocalist, Nico was performing songs and dances from the Temptations and Five Heartbeats in his aunt's living room at 6 years old. The love of music became the way of life for the entire family, and A. Good was exposed to a wide range of music. He had a personal connection and was moved by the The Fugees, Rakim, Tupac, Jay Z, Nas and The Notorious B.I.G; they are the inspiration for the music he creates today.

Finding his way from a wreck-less lifestyle of evictions and short comings he was able to live through the struggle just above rock bottom in witness and now Eye Saw has come to find an enlightened dimension of life. Eye Saw's perspective is to tear down the lies of society in hopes for more to step into the awareness of conscious life. Discovering passion in writing has brought an accumulation of music with a unique point of view. Hence, the cue ("Q") to the Summit. How Eye Saw comes across, he looks to tap into the masses like on a mountain top, able to see the big picture. Houston native Candice Yvonne is a new and upcoming gospel singer, producer, songwriter and author of the book series “Tainted Identity” available on Amazon or wherever books are sold. She received her calling to music and the arts at a very young age, learning the piano, playing the clarinet and singing her church choir but was discouraged by self doubt and lack of confidence in her abilities. Even though she sung in choirs across the city for names like Shirley Caesar and Hezakiah Walker to name a few, it wasn’t until the passing of her biological mother that she decided to stop being imprisoned by her past and live in the purpose that God had predestined for her. For a number of years he did recordings at local Dallas studios of cover songs, which became popular on his original YouTube® channel with covers such as “Say You Won’t Let Go”, originally recorded by James Arthur, getting more than a million views. Based on his success on YouTube®, he was invited to begin recording videos at the YouTube Space® in Los Angeles. Shannon’s breakthrough original song “Do You Know”, was recorded at Capitol Studios® in Los Angeles and released in early 2020 on his new social media channels on music streaming sites. His new album Lucky, which includes the single releases Nirvana, Higher and Someday, is also now available. Shannon plays the keyboard and guitar.

Born and raised in Enugu, Nigeria known to many as International DJ Derekz Effect. 

 

Curious about emerging within music, DJ Derekz, decided to join his brother, Flavour of Africa, who at the time was honing in on his musical talent, regularly performing at local bars. DJ Derekz envisioned one day he would be performing just like his brother.

 

Being one to strike whilst the iron is hot, DJ Derekz invested in a used compact disc player and DJ mixes and would play a selection of mixes in the DJ corner after his brother's performances.

 

DJ Derekz soon built a strong following, with club and bar revelers requesting special mixes. This encouraged him to save more funds, which enabled him to buy a used professional DJ mixer, from friend and popular DJ personality at the time, DJ Bala. From here, DJ Derekz performed sets at small gigs, under the mentorship of his brother.

My name is Wolfgang Steinwidder, and I am born at 7th of November in 1973. I am a scorpio. I am proud to say that I am artist, composer and producer. I am writing my own music, and I am playing all needed voices on my own. My skills I got at the conservatory, and got lessons in piano, organ, singing and guitar. Later on I was playing in different bands, and sometimes the church organ. I do love the mighty sound of the church organ, which sounds a bit like eternity for me. It was always my dream to compose and arrange my own songs. My dream came true, and I am really happy about it. Although I know about classical music and composition, my heart belongs to pop music. I am trying to compose my music like all the big, wonderful musicians did. It is a long process of many, many ideas and visions….coming finally together in the song. When it is ready…it is like the birthday of your baby. I love my songs forever. And like ourselves, they can grow, and getting bigger with the time. And then we are so very proud of our babies.
