Depart from me, ye workers of iniquity — I never knew you!

Matthew recorded these words of Jesus, as the Lord was discussing with His disciples what kind of relationship those who will be ready to meet Him at His second coming, will have been having with Him.

Many claim Him & claim to know Him as their Lord and savior, but the problem is He doesn’t know most of them. Are you one of those who He will shun?

My close friend, Dr. Rev. Martel Wisdom, is back with me to break down how we can ensure that we are known in heaven!

Blessings and greetings METT Podcast listeners! This is part 2 of the "Are You Filled" series, where I'm breaking down the biblical precedent that serves as the sign of a person being infilled with God's Spirit.

This spiritual blessing is available to anyone who will believe for it and seek the Lord in sincere prayer. For God is not slack concerning His promises!
Enjoy and I pray a great enlightenment and insight of His will for you, as we near the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ.

In the 2nd chapter of the biblical book that bears his name, the Prophet Joel proclaimed the words of God saying, “And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh…”

This prophecy was repeated by the Apostle Peter on a very first Pentecost celebration following the resurrection & ascension of Jesus Christ. In Acts 2:16-17 …Peter, now filled with the Spirit, declared, “…this is that which was spoken by the prophet Joel; it shall come to pass in the last days, say’s God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon ALL flesh…”

So many different “Christian” groups believe various things about this outpouring of God’s Spirit…but what is emphatically & biblically accurate. How do we know who has received this blessing? Are there clear biblical answers? The answer is YES! I’m dealing with it today…

When Christ came into the world the first time, He came as the lamb of God with a mission to provide a way of salvation out of sin and its consequences.
When He comes the second time He will come to redeem those that obeyed the gospel and gave their lives to Him. But that’s not all, the scriptures teach that He will take vengeance on those who, for the most part, ignored His calls & continued in their own way. This is what is referred to as the pouring out of the wrath of God.

This episode is designed to clear up misconceptions about this and give clear biblical proof of what the wrath of God is and when it will be.

As I consider our contemporary world and the progressive ideologies surrounding sex & gender, I can not help but consider the story of Sodom and Gomorrah and what that story represents as it pertains to the feelings God certainly has about it. Of course, we know that His objective moral standards do not change.

Some are attempting to normalize their versions of what is right, push it on the rest of us and hope to placate us into accepting their vile affections.
On this episode I want to share with you one example, out of the state of Virginia, of their wickedness, along with some biblical teaching on the subject.

Ever heard of "virtue signaling" ...well, it's a fairly new term for an old trick used to force compliance in order for those complying to avoid public scrutiny.
On this week's episode, I'll discuss how globalists will use this mechanism to pressure people into submitting to their will.

The traditional church “going” model was shuttered for the better part of a year and in some cases almost a year and half due to COVID-19. Despite the differing opinions are on the origins of a pandemic that took us all by surprise, one thing is for sure…Jesus saw it coming and what’s more, He allowed it.
But why? What could and should those of us who profess to be His followers glean from such challenging season for the church? Dr. Martel Wisdom joins me to talk about it!

You’ve likely heard it talked about, some of you probably more than others, a world government on the rise…globalization if you will! It’s true there are many wealthy, powerful people of influence around the world that desire a more totalitarian governmental structure for the whole world!

But is it going to happen, the Bible clearly indicates that it will. So, how close are we to it? We’re going to explore just that, on this episode of The METT Podcast.

Scripture describes it in a couple primary ways…the time of Jacob’s trouble & the great tribulation. A period of time that Jesus specifically said, if those days were not shortened, NO FLESH would survive!

Most of us have heard of it and most of us know it is just ahead of us now. However, are you aware how long the Bible teaches it will last? I’ll give you a hint…it isn’t 7 years!!
