Charmaine Gets her shop back in operating order and confronts Ryan about “hiring” Drea.  She also confronts Don over the Van Issue. Surprisingly, Van was in the building to defend himself against Don, who he claims is responsible for the whole Vegas rumor.  Neither Don nor Phor were having it. Ryan has a realization while in therapy that it may be time to let love back into his life , and Rachel is still at the forefront of his mind when it comes to family life, naturally.
