Charmaine Gets her shop back in operating order and confronts Ryan about “hiring” Drea.  She also confronts Don over the Van Issue. Surprisingly, Van was in the building to defend himself against Don, who he claims is responsible for the whole Vegas rumor.  Neither Don nor Phor were having it. Ryan has a realization while in therapy that it may be time to let love back into his life , and Rachel is still at the forefront of his mind when it comes to family life, naturally. Kitty acquires a tattoo from Ryan and the speculation around the nature of their relationship continues to grow.  Kitty tries to boss up at second city yet again, but this time is confronted by the shop crew on her status at the shop and her recent firing from black ink New York. Charmaine finds out she is having a girl, and also that she’s been outed for not having legit business license. Van makes a surprise appearance and apologizes for the Vegas rumors, but not without throwing Don under the bus.  Meanwhile there is trouble in paradise between and Don and Ashley as yet another video emerges, and Ashley feels like she is at her wits end despite Don's attempt to right his wrongs.

Moving on the the next episode, which takes place after Ryan and Charmaine's fallout, they are reunited by an unespected tragedy. Charmaine suddenly loses her mother and Ryan is there to comfort her. Charmaine tries to deal with her grieving while also trying not to stress out her baby.
