The Fine Print Book Club

Welcome to our very first author interview discussing the wonderful debut short story collection "For Such A Time As This" by Shani Akilah. In this episode we follow the same structure whereby the first half is spoiler free and you can get to hear more about Shani's journey and get a feel for this collection. You can come back and listen to the rest once you've finished the collection or stay tuned if you don't mind spoilers. It centers Black British millennials during the pandemic as they navigate love, loss, the workplace, dating, health issues and friendship but still find joy and hope in the midst of it all! You can keep up with Shani on social media @_shaniakilah and buy "For Such A Time As This" on Amazon, Waterstones and many independent bookshops!
