A small quantity of drugs are found by the police in a car. Three people are arrested. Fingerprints found on the wraps connect one person to the drugs, cocaine and heroin. That person is charged with intent to supply. He is convicted by a jury and sentenced to 4 years in prison. End of story. Not for Christopher James Kennedy.
