Tonight's very special guest is Alex Coffin and many of our listeners would already know Alex, definitely a local legend and 100% motivated to keep on moving. Alex started running at an early age, running from his place to his Grandparent's place and just never stopped. Winning championships in high school and in university, getting into aquatics and the Running Room out West, then back home to the East coast and Saint John. Incredibly Alex has won the Saint John Marathon 7 times, an amazing accomplishment and something that is tough to even consider. Alex has done Triathlons and run as a pace bunny over 10 times for marathons. Always teaching and giving back to the community whenever possible. Now his daughters are involved in the running world and they are doing events together. A wonderful journey that you will not want to miss, so stay for a spell and hear a very motivating interview.
