Hugo Selenski was the very definition of a problem child. By age 15 he was a father, had multiple DUIs, and multiple arrests for other offenses. His life only went further into the darkness as an adult when he added multiple murder charges to his rap sheet. But, is there more to his story? Could he be innocent of some of his charges?
