This month we discussed the book "The First 90 Days" by Michael Watkins, and we had 20 other Product Managers on the call too!

We all shared our main take aways and feedback about the book, and then discussed topics around how to earn trust from your new team mates, supporting each other, setting a new relationship with your manager, securing early wins, etc.
