I don't remember when I really got into health and fitness. As a kid, I was always active, running around and being outside.
To this day I love the outdoors. I get out and walk and hike as often as possible. It's my way of connecting with God, having quiet moments, and honoring my body.
In today's episode, I wanted to share a little of my health journey with you all.
