🎧This week we got to chat with personal trainer Mistee Martin. Mistee was a veterinary technician 🐶 for 15 years when she decided to change career paths and pursue another passions of hers- fitness. 🏃🏽‍♀️

Having a love for nutrition and fitness for 20+ years is what lead her down the path of personal training. She opened up her own personal training business a year and a half ago specializing in women’s health. 🧘🏼‍♂️

She trains women of all ages including those who are postpartum and pre/post menopausal. Her focus is on strength training and nutritional coaching. She teaches her clients the importance of gaining lean muscle mass as they age and also coaches them on how to eat without using trendy diets or deprivation. 🥦

Her training sessions are either one on one or with accompanied by a friend in the privacy of her home gym. 🏡
