Three months ago I started a brand new YouTube channel from absolutely zero! I wanted to take my knowledge that I acquired by reading and researching a lot about YouTube.

It is needless to say that it worked! I was able to get 1000 + Subscribers in under 3 months which by GOOGLE, YouTube and by any influencers standards are unbelievable. And if you google "How long does it take to get 1000 subscribers on YouTube" you are going to see that it takes 22 months!

So yeah. Needless to say that this was a success.

You might say, that I was able to do it because have thousands of followers on Social Media. Well that is not the case because I went into a new market that I had no business doing at all whatsoever and nobody knew me at all whatsoever. I started at absolutely zero!

So in the next episodes, I am going to break it down how I was able to accomplish this and how you can do it too!

In this episode, I wanted to discuss my thoughts on these business decisions during COVID-19 back and forth shutting down and opening up. How it makes no sense and how it's confusing your clients.

He joined the faculty at USF in the Fall of 2007. As a researcher and author, Dr. Campbell has published more than 150 scientific papers and abstracts (in academic journals) related to sports nutrition and physique enhancement. In addition, he is a paid consultant to professional sport team organizations, sport entertainment corporations, and also is a litigation consultant and expert witness related to dietary supplementation. Dr. Campbell has published three books on sports nutrition, including the NSCA's Guide to Sport and Exercise Nutrition and Sports Nutrition: Enhancing Athletic Performance.

His research is focused on improving exercise performance and enhancing physique through the synergism of resistance exercise, nutrition, and dietary supplements. Dr. Campbell is a fellow of the International Society of Sports Nutrition where he also currently serves as the organization's President.

Teaching responsibilities include both the undergraduate and graduate levels at the University of South Florida. Undergraduate courses include: Nutrition for Fitness and Sport, Biomechanics, and Strength & Conditioning. Graduate courses include: Advanced Topics in Strength & Conditioning, Nutrition & Metabolism, Cardiovascular Aspects of Exercise Physiology, and Neuromuscular Aspects of Exercise Physiology.
